Frequently Asked Questions
What is the price based on?
The price is based on a combination of the type of material we're disposing, the weight, how long it will take to load and unload, as well as how many trucks and trips are going to be needed to finish the job in a timely manner.

How soon can I get a free estimate?
We are dedicated to providing prompt service and we make every effort to accommodate our customers' needs. While the scheduling may vary based on our location that day, we are able to schedule an on-site visit within 1 business day in most cases.
Are there any additional fees for recycling?
No additional fees are charged for recycling. In fact, recycling is often more cost-effective than disposing the material if it is recyclable. This is taken into account when providing an estimate. However, the weight of the materials is the primary determining factor in the overall cost, as it affects the physical effort required for loading and unloading.
What types of materials does your service cover for removal?
Our service covers a wide range of materials for removal, including household garbage, construction leftovers, lumber, furniture, appliances, and demolition waste. We also handle the recycling of metals, electronics, and other materials. If you have any specific items you're unsure about, please feel free to reach out and ask, we'll be happy to help you. Asbestos requires extra charge.
How do you ensure the safe disposal of recyclable materials?
Our commitment to the safe and environmentally friendly disposal of recyclable materials is of the utmost importance to us. We partner with Brooklyn's top recycling center for metal parts to ensure that they are properly processed and reused. As for home appliances, we donate them to a trusted partner who restores and salvages as many working parts as possible. These working units are then sent to developing countries and sold at affordable prices to those who would not otherwise have access to them.
How do you offer contract services?
Our contract services are designed to meet the specific needs of our clients. When it comes to big demolition or construction projects, we understand that the cost can add up quickly. That's why we base our pricing on the number of truckloads of waste there are. Each of our trucks has a capacity of 25-30 yards. The minimum cost per truck is 1,200$, and this flat rate is used to calculate the estimate for the project. However, for projects that involve particularly heavy materials, the cost per truck can go up to a maximum of 3,000$. This rate will be determined after a thorough evaluation of the materials to be removed and the specific needs of the project. We work closely with our clients to ensure that the service provided meets their expectations and budget.
